chore(zcode): 移除 .zcode 工具配置并更新忽略规则
删除 .zcode 下的 hooks 与 plans 配置，将 .zcode/ 和 .zcodeignore 加入 .gitignore；同时重写试玩问题记录文档， 用新条目替换垂直切片 v1 的旧内容。
