chore(gitignore): 忽略 Windows shell 缓存误写目录 %SystemDrive%/（台账 91）

某进程环境变量 SystemDrive 未展开，把 C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Caches\ 的
shell 缓存库（cversions.2.db + 两个 {GUID}.2.ver*.db，Windows shell 的 ESE 缓存
数据库，非 SQLite、非 ZCode 记忆）按字面相对路径写进了仓库根。整目录忽略；
另收编主区在飞行 .zcode/plans/（计划模式存档目录，无自动清理机制）。
